We were engaged to help the pharma company develop a sound Budget framework, and Strategic Management Information System that would help the non-resident owners keep track of strategy implementation

Down the line, the owners had to decide on international structuring of their businesses. We became the co-ordination point with experts in the four countries on legal, tax and accounting issues related to shareholding structure, business structure, IPR protection, operating transaction structures and resource mobilisation

We helped the group select CFOs for the respective businesses, and co-ordinated the closure of accounts at the group level.

We now support the relationship between the owners and the professional managers, and protect the owners’ interest in the companies. We are also preparing one company in the group for an international listing.
